Android KitKat 4.4 Available for Nexus S and Nexus One

The release of Android KitKat had a lot of people buzzing. Everybody wanted to get a taste of what the latest version of the Google OS would bring. People were concerned though about the ability of KitKat running on older devices. Google had given assurances that it was possible for the OS to operate on older device. Android KitKat has apparently been optimized to make it possible to run on weaker hardware.
